Erick Franklund is an associate whose practice focuses on high-stakes intellectual property litigation. He served as a law clerk for the Hon. James L. Robart of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Erick earned his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an executive senior editor on the Southern California Law Review. He was also a national finalist in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, an annual competition organized by the International Trademark Association.
Erick earned his B.A. in Philosophy and German Studies from Whitman College.
