Tessera Secures $196M Settlement from Powertech Technology

Irell & Manella client Tessera Inc. secured a victory this week, when Powertech Technology Inc. agreed to pay $196 million to settle its pending litigation with Tessera in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The team included Ben Hattenbach and Ian Washburn.
