$218.45M Jury Verdict for USAA

Irell secured a $218.45 million jury verdict for USAA in a patent infringement suit over mobile remote deposit technology against PNC Bank. The jury found that PNC Bank willfully infringed four USAA patents. The case was heard in the courtroom of Judge Rodney Gilstrap in the Eastern District of Texas (United Services Automobile Association v. PNC Bank N.A., 20-cv-00319).
