Aereo, Disruptive Technology, and Statutory Interpretation

Irell & Manella Of Counsel David Nimmer and Professor Peter Menell co-authored an article on the Supreme Court's decision in American Broadcasting Cos. v. Aereo. The article "Aereo, Disruptive Technology, and Statutory Interpretation" was published on the SCOTUSblog and in the Daily Journal on June 26 and June 27, 2014, respectively. Nimmer and Professor Menell filed an amicus brief in the case advocating the position ultimately adopted by the court.
