The January/February 2017 issue of Landslide, a publication of the ABA section of intellectual property law, features an article by Irell & Manella Of Counsel Michael Fleming as one of two views of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The article, “PTAB: Past, Present and Future,” provides a historical look at the evolution of the PTAB and discusses the perceived challenges facing the administrative patent tribunal in the years ahead.
