Morgan Chu was recognized on the Daily Journal's Top 100 list, which honors the California attorneys who made a significant impact on the law and society in the past two years. The publication noted that Morgan recently racked up several major victories, including obtaining a $2.18 billion jury verdict for VLSI Technology in patent litigation against Intel Corp., a sum that was the second-largest infringement award in U.S. history. Morgan also recently secured a settlement for a trademark holder in litigation against athletic retail giant Under Armour Inc., the Daily Journal noted.
