Am Law Diversity Scorecard Ranks Irell No. 1 for Minority Partners

Irell & Manella LLP landed at the top of The American Lawyer’s 2021 Diversity Scorecard for highest percentage of minority partners in the country, at 28.6 percent. The firm ranked #9 for minority attorneys overall, up from #14 in 2020. The scorecard ranks firms by their diversity score, which is calculated by adding the minority percentage of all U.S. attorneys at the firm to the minority percentage of all U.S. partners at the firm.
