Chu, Hattenbach and Heinrich Named Am Law Litigators of the Week

Morgan Chu, Ben Hattenbach and Alan Heinrich were recognized as Am Law's Litigators of the Week for leading the team that obtained a $2.18 billion patent jury award for VLSI Technology LLC in a suit against Intel Corporation. The case involved two patents on technology used in Intel’s microprocessors. The verdict was handed down March 2, 2021 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in Waco.
