Jason Sheasby and Lisa Glasser Named NLJ Winning Litigators

Jason Sheasby and Lisa Glasser were recognized as 2020 “Winning Litigators” by The National Law Journal for securing USAA a total of $302 million in damages in back-to-back jury trials against Wells Fargo over patents related to mobile remote deposit capture technology. Jason and Lisa led the team that hit Wells Fargo with jury verdicts of $200 million and $102 million—plus individual findings of willful infringement—in separate trials in November 2019 and January 2020.
