Morgan Chu Named Litigator of Year-West by Benchmark Litigation

Irell & Manella Partner Morgan Chu received the 2014 Litigator of the Year – West Award from Benchmark Litigation. The award was presented at the U.S. Benchmark Litigation Annual Awards ceremony on January 29, 2014 in New York City. The awards recognize the top practitioners in the United States litigation community. The ceremony honored individual attorneys, firms and in-house counsel teams that played a significant role in the industry during the past year.

Chu is described as being “on the ‘Mount Rushmore of patents,’ perhaps the top IP attorney on the planet” in the 2014 edition of Benchmark Litigation, which also notes Irell is "one of the most solidly revered intellectual property firms in the world."
