Charlotte Wen Selected as LCLD Fellow

Charlotte Wen was selected as Irell & Manella LLP's 2023 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow. The program is aimed at helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to leadership positions. 

The year-long Fellows program is designed for high-potential, mid-career attorneys with demonstrated leadership skills, community engagement and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Fellows receive leadership training and relationship-building opportunities.  

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a diverse U.S. legal profession.
