NewsAmy Proctor Named Among Daily Journal’s Top 40 Under 40
Amy Proctor was selected to the Daily Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” list, which recognizes 40 young California attorneys who have recently contributed significantly to major victories and are involved in the community. The publication noted that Amy has “helped obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in actual payments for patent owners.” Utilizing her specialty in developing accurate estimates of patented inventions’ economic value to calculate damages, Amy recently helped persuade a jury to award VLSI Technology more than $2 billion in damages in a suit against Intel involving computer chip speed and efficiency, the Daily Journal said.
Amy’s selection comes a week after she was also recognized on Bloomberg Law’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” list. Her Daily Journal profile can be found here (subscription required).
