Morgan Chu Selected to LABJ's LA 500 List

Morgan Chu was recognized on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 LA 500 list, which honors the “most influential, most powerful and most impactful” business professionals in the Los Angeles region. The publication noted that Morgan "is one of the most recognized names in intellectual property litigation." Morgan's victories, the publication said, include securing a unanimous U.S. Supreme Court decision on behalf of NantKwest, which struck down a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office policy requiring applicants who appeal to a district court to foot the office's legal bills.
