NewsCarson and Zhao Selected for LCLD Leadership Programs
Rebecca Carson was selected as Irell & Manella LLP's 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and Yanan Zhao was chosen as LCLD Pathfinders. Both programs are aimed at helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to leadership positions.
The year-long Fellows program is designed for high-potential, mid-career attorneys with demonstrated leadership skills, community engagement and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Fellows receive leadership training and relationship-building opportunities. The seven-month Pathfinders program provides critical career development strategies and training to high-performing, early-career attorneys who have shown potential to become future leaders in the legal profession. It includes workshops, peer networking and other activities.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a diverse U.S. legal profession. More information can be found here.
