The 2015 USC IP Institute took place on March 24th and featured two Irell attorneys. 

Morgan Chu moderated the Judges Panel discussing “Judicial Perspectives on the New World of Intellectual Property.” Panelists included the Hon. Joy Flowers Conti (Chief Judge W.D. Pa.), Hon. Rodney Gilstrap (E.D. Tex.), Hon. Barbara M.G. Lynn (N.D. Tex.) and Hon. Gregory M. Sleet (D. Del. and former Chief Judge). 

David Nimmer spoke on a panel discussing “The IP Year in Review: Patent Law, Trademark Law and Right of Publicity, and Copyright Law.” 

Morgan Chu, Ben Hattenbach and Annita Zhong served on the 2015 conference planning committee.
