An Overview of ITC Patent Litigation

The US International Trade Commission is a premier forum for intellectual property litigation in the United States. Together with AIPLA's New Lawyers Committee, Irell & Manella will be hosting a panel discussion examining the Commission and the characteristics that set it apart from US District Court. In addition, panelists will present best practices and tips for lawyers interested in appearing before the Commission. This program will originate from Washington, DC, with live video feed.
