Robert Darby is an associate in the Newport Beach office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup.

Mr. Darby received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an editor of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology.  He served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard L. Voorhees of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
