Holly Gershow is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where she is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup.

Ms. Gershow received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was the production editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review and vice president of the Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law.  She earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
