Tony Falcone is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup with a focus on intellectual property.
Mr. Falcone received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Symposium Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Following graduation, Mr. Falcone served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra Schultz Newman of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Falcone authored "Minding Limits: How Categories Construct Constitutional Meaning," 8 U. Pa. J. Const. L. 1005 (2006), and the foreword to "Symposium: The Future of Unenumerated Rights," 8 U. Pa. J. Const. L. 903 (2006).
