Shaunt Arevian is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP. His practice encompasses a wide range of complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including cases involving alleged securities fraud, breach of contract, unfair competition, interference with business relations, and legal malpractice. He has also handled a number of high-profile white collar criminal defense matters.
Mr. Arevian received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Arevian served as a teaching assistant for Cornell Law School Professor Robert Hillman's class entitled "Law: Its Nature, Functions, and Limits." Following graduation, Mr. Arevian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Federico A. Moreno of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
During his spare time, Mr. Arevian enjoys listening to jazz, creative writing, languages, and travel. He is proficient in French and Armenian, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
