Elizabeth Camacho is a counsel in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP. She has experience with a wide array of complex business disputes, with particular focus on breach of contract and real estate issues. Ms. Camacho has recently litigated matters involving claims of false advertising, fraud, antitrust violation, unfair competition, violation of California’s false claims act statute and breach of contract. Ms. Camacho has assisted the Alliance for Children’s Rights representing foster parents in the adoption finalization process, has served as a voluntary settlement officer for the Beverly Hills Municipal Court and is a member of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund’s scholarship committee. In 2007, Ms. Camacho was selected for inclusion in Los Angeles Magazine's Southern California "Rising Stars" in environmental law.
After college, Ms. Camacho served as a Senate Fellow in the California Legislature and, following the fellowship, worked as a legislative assistant for the California Select Committee on Courthouse Construction and Financing.
Ms. Camacho enjoys local politics, listening to books on tape while stuck in traffic, and spending time with her young children and large extended family.
