Litigation Support Supervisor

Position Requirements:  Reporting to the Director of Practice Support the successful candidate will be able to function as a team leader while also actively participating in data conversion and document maintenance projects.  Responsibilities will include the day-to-day supervision of  the Litigation Support Department including monitoring resource utilization and prioritizing the departmental workload. Project management responsibilities will include setting work assignments, designing project procedures and workflow, setting project schedules and implementing acute quality control procedures to ensure compliance with department standards.  Candidates should possess a combination of paralegal and litigation support skills including extensive case management experience with electronic discovery.  Prior experience as a Senior Paralegal, Case Manager or Litigation Support professional is required together with proven technical capabilities and experience with industry standard Litigation Support software including: LAW, Concordance, Opticon, LiveNote, and  among other database  and review tools.

Litigation Support Assistant
Location: Century City
Position Requirements: BA/BS/ Paralegal Certificate preferred. Prior paralegal /litigation support experience required. The successful candidate should have knowledge of e-discovery processes and procedures together with proven project management skills. Proficiency with e-discovery software applications including LAW, Concordance, Opticon, LiveNote and similar tools preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team environment and a strong focus on outstanding client service required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects are essential to the position. Must be willing to work overtime.
